Returns.

It is very important to Luxuêus official that you as a customer are satisfied with our products.

If the items do not meet your expectations you can return them.

Do not forget to add your original invoice to the package so we know who the package is from.
The return costs are for the person who returns the items to us.

Once we have received your returned items we will proceed with a refund.

Items can be returned to our main office within 14 days.

Attention: Your return will be processed within one week after receipt.
If you have chosen to pay with iDeal, we will transfer the amount back to the same account where we have received the payment from.

 

Conditions

Of course we consider a fitted product not to be a worn product. 

You may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged, not worn, washed or processed and has the original packaging and (info) cards.

When there is negligent damage to the articles we can unfortunately not proceed to refund. 

For example, water, fall and / or impact damage, makeup and / or a strong body odor.

 

How do I return my package?

1. Before you send the package, you need to download the return/exchange form and send it along.

    Put the form in the box and do not stick it loose on your shipment.

2. Indicate on the invoice that it is a return.

3. Add the original invoice to your return package 

4. Take your return package to, for example, a POSTNL,DPD,DHL point.

5. Keep the Track & Trace data, you are responsible for the arrival of your return.

 

When can I expect my money back on a return shipment?

Always keep the Track & Trace code safe so you can see for yourself whether your return has already arrived.

As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will refund the money on the same day. 

Note: The money is refunded through the payment system Mollie.

It generally takes 1 to 2 working days for the money back on the account which has been paid.

Exchange.

Please write on the return/exchange form which product or size you want to exchange.

If the desired product is in stock, we will ship it to you free of charge. 

If the desired product is not in stock or available we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days to the account used to pay the order.

You will be informed via the email address that you enter on the return/exchange form.

The return of the product by the customer needs to be done at his own expense.                                                               

You can hand over the package with postage at, for example, a POSTNL,DPD,DHL point.
Keep your proof of posting that you receive from the PostNL,DPD,DHL employee or third party, you are responsible for the arrival of your return.
The return of the product by the customer must be at its own expense.
Send your return/exchange sufficiently stamped as we do not work with a reply number.
This must be in the original packaging / box, do not tape the original box closed but put a bag around it.
All return items are checked to make sure they are clean and not worn.

 

Track & Trace.

We ship all our packages with POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

After we have delivered your package at the post office you can follow the package.

We also strongly recommend to always send returns with POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

If you send the package without POSTNL,DPD,DHL and it does not reach us we can unfortunately not return money without proof of posting. 

 

Exceptions.

If you unexpectedly have to deal with an incorrect delivery or a defect in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Wrong address disclaimer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address.

If you have given us the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to change the address for you but unfortunately cannot guarantee anything as we process all orders placed as quickly as possible. 

 

Delivered but not delivered.

We send all packages with Track & Trace because we want to be able to track and trace all our shipments.

If your POSTNL,DPD,DHL link indicates that your shipment has been delivered but this is not the case?

You should then contact the courier (POSTNL,DPD,DHL).

We are not responsible for lost packages. 

 

When can I expect my money back in case of a return?
