Ordering and shipping.

 

 

Delivery time:

On weekdays (Mon - Fri) before 12:00 ordered the same day shipped.
If we do not succeed, we will contact you in time.

The delivery time after shipment is approximately 1 to 2 working days.

 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to fill in the correct address.

If you have entered a wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to change the address for you but unfortunately cannot guarantee anything as we process all orders placed as quickly as possible. 
The package with the wrong address will probably be returned to sender, we will contact you and ask you to give the correct address and pay the shipping costs again.

After which we will resend the package. 

 

Shipping:

We ship all our packages with POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

After we have delivered your package at the POSTNL,DPD,DHL point you can track it.

 

We also strongly recommend to send return/exchange shipments with POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

POSTNL,DPD,DHL sends parcels with Track & Trace code so you can follow your shipment.

If you send the package without POSTNL,DPD,DHL and it does not reach us we can unfortunately not return money without proof of posting.

 

Delivered but not delivered:

We send all packages with Track & Trace because we want all our shipments to be able to follow and trace.

Should your POSTNL,DPD,DHL link indicate that your shipment has been delivered but this is not the case?

You should then contact the courier (POSTNL,DPD,DHL).

We are not responsible for lost packages.

 

Delivery address:

The order will be delivered to the address you specified as the billing address, unless you specified a different address when ordering.
