How can I create a Luxurious official account?

When you are on the homepage, click on the black icon at the top right.

You will then automatically be taken to the registration page to create a Luxuêus official account.

 

How can I log in to my Luxuêêus official account?

You must have an existing account to use your Luxuêus official account.

Click on the black icon at the top right when you are on our homepage.

Enter your e-mail address and corresponding password which you chose when you created the account.

Can't remember your password?

No problem, you can choose the option forgotten your password!

 

Order and delivery.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail when we have shipped your order.

In this confirmation you will also find the Track & Trace number of POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

You can track your order via the corresponding link and via POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

Tip: Download the Post-NL App, then you will automatically receive a notification from Post-NL.

 

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

However, there is an exception to this for pre-orders or repeat orders.

This has an average delivery time of 2 weeks.

 

How do I change my residential address?

Unfortunately, your home address cannot be changed once your order has been placed.

 

What does it mean if I see backorder/pre-order  on my order confirmation?

This means that the item you ordered is sold out due to success.

We have put this item back into production for you.

The average delivery time for this is on average 2 weeks.

We always do our very best to deliver the product to you as quickly as possible.

 

I have ordered an item twice, what should I do now?

Thank you for being so alert, in this case it is best to send us an e-mail directly.

Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel orders once the order has been placed.

It is therefore best to return the order as soon as you have received it.

 

I have not received my entire order, how is that possible?

It sometimes happens that a certain item is sold out, so we cannot deliver your entire order in one go.

We think it is important that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

That is why we have already sent part of the order.

For a 'reorder/pre-order' there is an average delivery time of 2 weeks.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, if you have placed an order at www.luxueusofficial.com, your order is final, you can no longer cancel the order.

Of course you can return the order when you receive your order.

Note: In this case, your return must also meet all return conditions.

Returning your order is at your own expense.

 

Important to know: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to a postal address or PO box number!

 

How will my order be delivered?

We ship all our orders in the Netherlands via POSTNL, DPD, DHL.

If you want to track your order, you can do so with the accompanying Track and Trace code.

 

How can I quickly find articles on your website?

At the top of the website we have a search bar.

Enter the name of the article you are looking for here.

This way you can quickly find the desired article.

 

I have not received a confirmation email for my order, what should I do?

There is a chance that your confirmation email has ended up in the spam box, so please check your spam box first.

 

I have received my order too late?

Unfortunately, due to busy times at POSTNL, DPD, DHL, it can sometimes take longer before your package is delivered.

It can also sometimes take longer due to crowds at our place.

At times when we have a special promotion or a sale, it can be busier than expected.

Keep this in mind when, for example, you order on Black Friday or an exclusive Sale with us.

We always do our very best to send it to you as soon as possible.

 

 

My Track & Trace code is not working, what should I do?

When you receive a Track & Trace code from us, it can take 24 hours before the tracking details are visible.

From that moment on you can also track your package.

Another possibility is that there is a technical malfunction that causes you to receive an error message.

It often helps to copy and paste your Track and Trace code into the website POSTNL,DPD,DHL.

 

Where can I find my invoice?

As soon as you have placed an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us at the e-mail address you have registered with us.

You will receive your invoice/order confirmation from us at this e-mail address.

Shopping at Luxury Official is very safe.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?
